Internal promotion...I expressed interest / applied for the position / offered position within a couple of days after interview

I was impressed with interview process. I met with and was interviewed with 2 different Area Leaders. Both were ver nice at first. I was offered the job and accepted. The oroblems began when training began. There is no consistent training for new comers to the company. You are shuffled from branch to branch while running to a training center and expected to manage you office at the same time.
