The position was listed as an ers role but they were looking for a dispatcher. I thought that was misleading because the senior ers does the majority of dispatching typically and are compensated for doing so fairly. When I learned that during the interview they already had a senior ers but that person didn't like to do dispatching immediately turned me off from working there. They wanted to hire me at lower pay scale but to do more work.
