I had a virtual meeting followed by an on site interview with the hiring manager that was also a shadowing of the job to see if it was what I wanted. I got the offer later that week

The interview went well until the recruiter decided to ghost me after not hearing back for a week... I asked her what the update was on the position/why I wasn't chosen. Kind of disappointing.
