I applied online and got an email for digital interview ( HireVue) within a week of applying. The digital interview had typical behavioural questions like what is your favourite or least favourite course, what skills can you bring etc. Then after 2 days got email asking to do assessments, which took about 1hr 30mins. The assessments test your personality and math skills. Within two week time period I got in person interview, where two people (one from HR and one from engineering department) interviewed me. The interviewers were extremely friendly and asked typical behavioural questions. One thing I loved about Suncor was they were extremely quick with their whole process.
Completed a pre-screening interview on Hirevue for this position. It was really relaxed. They give you enough time between questions and 2 attempts at answering video questions. Overall, you could really focus on making sure you were giving quality answers.

First round is a one-way video interview with general questions about you, why you're interested, etc. Second round is usually with the hiring manager + specific to the role and your engineering program.

I applied online in December, 2018 and I was recently Invited for Hirevue online interview. Total 11 questions; 7 writing-base qeustions asking about your computer application skills and 4 are video recording.
