Attitude Test followed by Technical Paper and GD, then Technical Test and HR interview, Overall at the end they pick you up if and only if you are good at communication. If you selected they will only give you LOI not call letter and communication from company side is very poor.

The process took 2 days. First Round is Written(technical) followed by technical interview. After shorlisted in these rounds Called for the HR round. In HR interview company polices was first told by HR and HR interview was taken. You just have to be positive. HR interview was not tough. HR is very friendly and down to earth.

I got an email for the interview in the company. First they took my technical interview in which the asked some basic programming and some php questions
Then it was an hr interview cum discussion with a sir where I was told that no salary will be provided for the first 3 months.
