I applied online. After I submit my resume and some personal information I received a link that was asked to complete a 20mins online assessment. It contained roughly 60 questions(unsure), you have to rate the most relevant description with your behaviour. After you completed, I got the email said sorry for further process.

Interview was good, we discussed my current schedule, work ambitions and the store ambience. Interviewer was nice, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was tensed at first but as we started talking, I was relaxed.
