The process begins with a short automated interview on which your answers are recorded. After this a phone interview with a regional manager followed by an HR manager. In my case The HR manager offered me a position at the end of the interview.

Pretty casual and went with the flow not super structured so it felt more natural and not forced. They pretty much let me lead the conversation and didn't mind me circling back to other questions they asked previously.
