Short first interview, short second interview in same day. Different interviewer for each interview. Was friendly and simple. Interviewer brought me in to back room and asked intro questions to get to know me. Then they asked standard interview questions, like strengths and weaknesses

Asked about experience, situational questions (was there ever a time where), if I'm interested in fashion, and register skills. Then the second in person part was role playing approaching a customer, giving advice, and testing a little knowledge about sunglasses like shapes and color theory.

Phone (asked about availability, location & if I wanted full time/part time) then in person. Asked simple scenario questions about how I handled conflict and describe how I would sell stuff.

It really depends on your manager as there’s no specific set guidelines. Generally easy questions and basic questions regarding sales. I’ve helped my manager come up with scenarios on top of some easy basic questions.
