SunHero has 3 to 4 interview steps, first you apply and they schedule a 30 minute meeting with you to get to know you, this is with the recruiter or recruiting company they use then you have a one hour systems design interview with the Engineering Manager and one of the developers on his team. The third step which may or may not be necessary is the coding challenge and finally meet with the founders and receive the offer.
