Called to come for a group interview. Applicants were applying for various openings. Watched a corporate overview video then introduced ourselves to the interviewer. Best have your own "sound bite" self-introduction and what you bring to the table.

I was recommended by a family member who works for the company. When you first arrive they let you sit there for a minimum of 10 minutes to see how you interact with residents. Do not look at your phone, smile, and say "hello" if you are near a resident. After waiting, I was interviewed by the Business Office Coordinator first then the Executive Director in the same day. I received a call the following week offering employment. They gave me an additional week to go get my drug test and health screening done.
