You fill out an application, submit a resume, and they take a look at your resume and ask you to come in for an interview if they are interested. You must interview with the hiring manager AND the director. If you pass the interview, the background check and you take the DOT exam and Background check.

Why I wanted to work there? What experience I had relevant to the job? What kind of activities would I do with the residents? How do I handle stress? Do I have previous experience working with seniors with denentia?
2 rounds of interviews, one with the activities coordinator another with the executive director. The first one was on the phone, the second was an in person interview. Process took about 2 months but after that they just throw you into the job.

Comprehensive and thorough! Interview process was very well thought out and respectful for the potential employee. Interview consisted of a direct supervisor for the position as well as other department heads as well as human resources.

There was a group interview with people who had applied to different roles and a group of current managers (from different departments) and then we were individually called back to discuss how the company would proceed. I was met with a discussion on availability and pay.
