I arrived all ready set go to myyyyyyy interview and found out it was a group interview... Weeeeeeee didn't like that!!! No one in the group did! But because turnover was high I guessed it was the best option. It really didn't get much better than that. After i got the job...inwas interview by the staff..ok not really..but i was new and they had lots of questions! There were a lot of caddy girls and boys and if you didn't play in there sandbox..well they didn't want you on the playground. I hope things have changed...I heard that they have a new director and head nurse too so maybe..but I don't really think they were the problem!....just maybe. Good luck!
