I was told that I would have a second Interview over the phone with the executive director on Wednesday of 11/06/24 the person who was supposed to contact me never did I tried calling them but they were either out of the “office” or failed to call me back after I left a voicemail. The executive director left me a voicemail last week of 11/12/24 saying she would call me the next day to have this phone interview she once again never reached out to me i honestly felt like they were purposely ignoring/avoiding me just to finally tell me the following week later that they gave the position to someone else.

The interview was conducted personally and it went smooth actually, the team was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. It was with Human Resources department and Manager for the posted position.
