It was a great interview. I had a interview with the recruiter. Our call went really good, they were excited about my experiance but also wanted to make sure I knew this was for what they considered an entry level role but was one they were just creating. I explained how excited I was at that prospect and was happy to try something new and make it my own. I was informed they wanted to move me forward in the process I would hear back within two days on my next steps. Instead I heard crickets and no response. A week and a half later I got an email saying: “We received a great response of interest and met some super people, like yourself.  After an extensive review of everyone, we have hired someone for this position.” It would be nice if the company wouldn't get potential applicants hopes up. Its hard enough out here in this job market.
