The interview process consisted of 5 steps: 1. Resume & Cover Letter submission 2. Video response to relevant scenarios 3. Department heads panel interview 4. EGM panel discussion 5. Allied department head 1:1 The entire process was scheduled efficiently using an online tool that managed communications, notifications, and submissions. The HR executive managing the process was extremely helpful and effective.
