Had a screening phone interview first, video interview later. Started out with introduction of the two participants and introduction of the company and the role. Then went on to questions about applicant's background and experience.

Colloquio
The entire interview was conducted on google hangouts. I have been asked to purchase software in advance, to be reimbursed on my first pay check. The questions were normal questions you would be ask at any interview. This is my first experience with the interview process being entirely online.
