1st interview was a 20 min digital interview, where no info about the job or organization was provided.
2nd interview was 30 min long and a repetition of the first one since all previous provided information was forgotten due to a high number of interviewed candidates and bad preparation.
Afterwards I was, by a mistake, sent an email correspondence where a employee expresses her irritation that I asked two questions about another position 6 months prior to the interview.
Afterwards, I received a rejection which was a standard email like the ones you sent out to applicants which did not even make it to the first stage (I made it to the 2nd interview).
When I expressed my surprise about the standard email, I was spoken down to and lectured like a child.
They have no professional HR-people employed and questions about positions (even C-level positions) are answered by clerks.
I cannot recommend to engage in this company in any way.
