      I was supposed to be interviewing for a marketing director role with two people, neither who showed up. After checking in, I was guided to a conference room by the person at the front desk and waited alone for half an hour before leaving. I let the reception person know that I was departing politely, but she had nothing to say or do on behalf of my missing counterparties. I reached out to HR after my experience and received a reply, but no real explanation, just a generic apology. No attempts to reschedule were made. I see them continuing to post this challenging-to-get-someone-good-role [including currently] and while their pay looks competitive for the area, I have a feeling that the dysfunction runs deep in the organization based on my experience.

      Hello! We are surprised to hear this, as we have not missed any interviews with any candidates in at least the 2 years that I've been working here as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, in charge of the interviews. We also have not had a job open for a Marketing Director in a very long time. I would be happy to hear more so I can get some sort of understanding.
