Applied online, went through multiple rounds over the span of 2.5 months. Received verbal offer but HR’s definitions of qualifications were not aligned with hiring team. Very unorganized company with zero transparency with candidates. I encourage the company to ensure that all candidates are qualified to be hired before wasting multiple months of their time.

The interviewer also explained some role expectations, including relocation to San Jose and occasional business travel. Overall, the process felt straightforward and conversational.

Attention international students seeking H-1B sponsorship: Avoid this company. They changed their policy this year and no longer offer H-1B sponsorship. Don’t waste your time. I went through all four rounds of interviews, and just when it was time to discuss the offer, I was informed that they couldn't proceed because they no longer sponsor H-1B visas. Very disappointing tbh.
