I was reached out by one of their internal team members. And the first round of interviews was on site and they asked you the prepare a presentation. And I did ask what the timeline will be and how many rounds of interviews since I have other interviews. They said it depends maybe 2-6rounds. After a few weeks, they send over an assessment a combination of behavior questions and case studies. It was a lot. And ask for analysis work I did for my previous job which I think it not very professional. Only answered the questions they sent but didn’t give out my previous work. and it took them another 2-3 weeks to respond and ask me to apply in their system and HR will contact for job offer. And still no response from them after a few weeks. Reached out, said the position have been filled. It’s too much “free work” for a job interview.
