On-site interview with 3 people (Marketing Manager, HR, and Director). I didn't get to interview with the director because it seems they already rejected me after interviewing with 2 people. First interview is with the Marketing manager [1 hour]. The moment I spoke she immediately told me to "calm down", even though I was just being confident with how I speak. Also contradicts her statement that she's looking for "someone aggressive". Threw me off a bit. She didn't ask that much questions, yet she was expecting someone who talks a lot. She mostly talked about what her expectations are and what she's looking for, not much questions to know if I am that person. I thought this was an interview. I would've talked a lot if she asked a lot of questions. The HR [15 minutes] is pretty friendly and asked easy questions. However, she barely spoke English even though I informed them since the beginning that my Chinese is not that good.
