The lack of reciprocity with Super Soccer Stars. I applied twice with this company. The first time the recruiter was two hours late to my call. The second time I applied, I had a different recruiter that was more transparent, The first interview went well. I have prior experience to the role I was applying for and a passion for youth sports. The second interview went well. The supervisor and the recruiter interviewed me. They told me they would follow-up within two days if we were to proceed. They didn't email till the following week after the labor day holiday. The last interview they asked me to give them a 30 minute presentation. They didn't give me much time to prepare, but I accepted the terms anyways. I felt the last interview went well on my part. Towards the end of the interview I truly felt they didn't really want me. I really didn't appreciate the transparency and lack of communication on their part.
