Was asked to come in same day for an interview when I applied in the morning. I came in as requested since it was not an inconvenience. Sat in with a Manager and another observer. Had a 30-45 min interview, asked for next steps and the end was given a standard 1-2 weeks timeline. I was then completely ghosted by the employer. No thanks for coming, we've gone in another direction, nothing at all which was really disappointing since the the interviewer and I had several people in common we both knew from working in the same industry. Complete Joke.
