It honestly was very basic and a bit shifty. You turn up and there are other candidates there with you and you have to fill in some very gimmick-y questions. I went assuming this was a professional sales role, however it seems very odd. I was offered the position after taking a day out to go half way across the Midlands to be told basically all I would be doing is standing at a pop up stand in a shopping centre and getting people to sign up to a service. Absolutely NOT what I was told the job would be. I felt very uncomfortable and my gut told me to get out of there. I didn't take the job luckily as I was offered another option. There is NO base salary although you are told early in your interview there is. It is all commission based. Not a strong career path.
