I applied online and was invited to instore interview. The interviewer was the manager and he was very friendly. The interview process was quite relaxed. I was first asked to go to the shop floor to give out beauty card and talk to customers and other sales advisors. This followed by an one to one interview. Basically just a list of question you need to answer and all are quite straightforward, which are competency-based.

it was rather swift its better to go in with your cv and availability. they like it when people are able to work immediately. the staff are usually quite chill Superdrug is a rather laxed environment

It was a fairly easy interview; it's best to stay calm and answer the questions correctly. It would be best to be knowledgeable about things in store. It's a few questions about previous experience and why you would be a good addition to the team.

They ask you to sell any product in the store to them. Be knowledgeable about the items in the store. Also they ask you if you've had any previous customer experience
