Fast-paced, fashion-focused, structured yet relaxed interviews assessing brand alignment, customer mindset, teamwork, adaptability, retail experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and enthusiasm for Superdry’s global streetwear identity. And that was it.
In a group of about 20 people and it took 2 hours to complete. They split you into smaller groups and did different activities and ice breakers with you and the others.

Multi stage interview. first stage: partner up with someone, look around the store and create an outfit each. You must learn a fun fact about each other to announce later when showing off your outfit. The manager stated that he’s hiring strictly of vibes. Did not progress to the second stage.
