Far too long of a process--Job Posted end of January-notice of "going in other direction 3/14/18. I had a phone interview and the very next week had a face to face interview process over a four plus hour period with 6 employee's 1/1. Often it was the same question(s), the hiring manager was engaged as was one other person, the rest were just walking thru the process or scattered or rush--one advised me that she was leaving on out of town business and her thoughts were else were at the time. There was no formal wrap up, the actual HR person who interviewed me via phone did not leave an email nor even see me the day of the interview. I sent 2 email notes to the engaged people--only got one reply back--and waited for 3 weeks until I was advised we are seeing a number of people but internal wise it is hard to nail down the team due to their schedules. Disappointed at the long period of time and my 4 hours with little or no response back, organization seems to be in great transition and has growing pains it appears.
