A strange and unorganized interview process. I had a series of phone calls and it was unclear if I was passing through the rounds of the interview or this was simply the first stage with several separate calls. My interviewers all seemed a bit unprepared and the questions were extremely surface level. I basically spent two hours walking four separate people through my resume individually. Several of my interviewers missed our call and had to reschedule. One interviewer was speaking to me while outside on a walk, which made it very difficult to hear him and implied he wasn’t even looking at my resume or taking any notes. After my fourth call, I was told I would hear back in a few days. I followed up via email and was then told it would be a while before they made any decisions. Finally over a month later I got a rejection, at that point I had already moved on and accepted another offer. Seems like an interesting product and smart people working there, but I feel like the interview process was unorganized and a bit disrespectful.
