I applied through LinkedIn for the role and got an Intial screening call with TA. The first round was mostly a quick chat to know about the company, role's goal and a bit about myself. I got invited to the second round on the same day. The round was with Operations lead, interview was okay good discussion around the role's expectations, deep dive abput my past experience. Opeartions lead informed that they will take a week's time to get back 3 weeks ago but haven't heard anything after multiple follow ups. This is where I felt a bit odd about the company's hiring ettiquettes, after investing time and energy just to be ghosted :(
