It was very long and due to the vacation of one of the managers there was silence for a while but they took the trouble to apologize to me. After that everything went quickly and I felt appreciated and valued as a professional. I highly recommend this company even though I am just starting my process with them so far. But I am sure there is a great experience ahead for me.

I'm still waiting for a reply (it's been 2 months) which is why I'm giving a neutral opinion. It took almost a month for them to contact me, the 1st interview was mostly for de Talent Partner to tell about the company and how they work. They asked me some general questions and explained a project from my portfolio. I told her I also could work as an illustrator. It took a day to tell me I made it to the next stage of the interview, the assessment project. It took a week to schedule. To my surprise, I got two days to do 2 assessment projects: a non-existent brand identity project and an illustration project. Sent my assessments, and the Talent Partner confirmed my entry and said that it may take a few weeks for a reply. It's been two months already and got neither a yay or nay.  Sent two follow-up emails and nothing... and recently I've seen they are hiring again for the same position :S.
