The interview process was exceptionally smooth and straightforward, providing clear guidance at every step. I always knew my current status in the process and what to expect next. Without a doubt, it stands out as the most seamless and enjoyable interview experience I've had to date.

I applied online. First screening interview was set up with the recruiter. This was followed by an online assignment. Second interview with the Head of the creative department was set up. Initially the meeting was set up for 30 minutes then she changed the time to 50 minutes. Her questions were very long. In every reply she would try to discredit me. After the lengthy interview she discredited the creative assignment I submitted. I worked very hard to compile the assignment. The creative industry in South Africa is dominated by white folks and during her questioning I could tell that she's uncomfortable with me being black. When the interview ended, I looked up the people who work at Superside and to my surprise, none of the South African workers are black, the entire team is white.
