The interviewer contacted me via LinkedIn. Scheduled a phone call on the same day. We scheduled a technical interview for the next day right after the call.
Technical interview questions were relevant. They cared about approach rather than pure knowledge. Everyone was friendly.

The interview's difficulty is avarage, they asked general questions to get to know me and basic technical questions to measure my knowledge. Part of the interview was conducted in English.The next day, they called to invite me to the tecnical interview for next step and we set an interview for three days later. Ten minutes later of our phone call, they called me again and said "The decision has been taken to close this position, sorry". I couldn't understand what changed in 10 minutes. Instead of rejecton in a professional language, they set the next interview as if it was positive and then canceled it like this. They have a really unprofessional human resources.

Fistly phone call, then face-to-face interview. For phonne call, they ask me about my CV and project which I joined and coded by myself. For face-to-face interview, they explained what they did and what they will. The office is home office.
