For me the hiring process was pretty quick and painless. Had two phone interviews within one week. First interview was with a recruiter, very comfortable (basic interview). The second interview with one of the senior management was a bit more detailed and intense.

Cant say unexpected questions, just need to be more detailed about the work that "you" have done from all your previous employers.
