I found this position listed on craigslist. The ad contained a link to an online application and test. The test took about a half an hour and was designed to gauge my technical aptitude. Not long after I was contacted by someone from HR who scheduled me a phone interview. The interview was the standard fare of questions about me, my work habits, why I wanted this job, etc. The interviewer was nice and after the questions were done we chatted a bit about random stuff. I was informed that barring disqualification due to background check I would start training. Training started about a week after my interview.
