I applied online and got a call back after couple of weeks. After phone interview, I was invited to the store to meet the head chef. Face to face interview was easy and relaxed. Just talked about my experiences and motivations.

Very laid back interview, only a couple of questions were asked and the rest of the time I just had a fun conversation with the hiring manager. It felt more like a chat with a friend rather than an interview.

Interview was relaxed and stress-free. I enjoyed talking about my passion for cooking and taking a tour of the kitchen. Overall, good experience and would recommend if you share this passion.
there was a brief phone interview then they asked me to come in for an in person interview and tour of the kitchen. they asked general interview questions and did not require any prior experience to be interviewed.
