The interviewing process was very straightforward. There's a phone screening process with their HR department, and then for my department there was a 3 person panel interview along with a company tour.

Their focus above all else was attitude, how well you would handle learning new tasks and also handling overtime. Overtime was described as 'some' overtime 'potential', not mandatory 50 hour work weeks.
