I was called and asked basic questions a couple of random questions, as well as how well acquainted I was with College entrance exams. After a few days I was told that I was chosen to go to step 2: I had to sit through a previous year's released SAT under test-taking conditions.

I met the lead sales executive at a job fair. It was a handshake & eye-contact situation as he was looking mostly for strong personalities. After that, we scheduled an interview in the office which was with two of the top guys. We talked about everything from why I chose UT to what I disliked about past jobs. Then we set up a start date.
