3 stage interview, with second stage being a lengthy homework. After final stage I was told they would like to hire me but they need to resolve some internal issue first. I have waited for 8 weeks to get a definitive yes/no answer and haven’t received it. Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards candidates. The simple yes/no after interview process would be enough.
