I had a phone screening where we discussed my experience and the role. A week later they set up a virtual interview with the manager. There were some behavioral based questions, but mostly conversational. The next steps were to set up an in person interview.

Initial phone interview with the recruiter then in person for back to back interviews with the hiring manager and peers (30 min each). The interview went fine (I don't think I knocked it out of the park, but I definitely didn't blow it), but I NEVER received a response from the company in regards to results of the interview. After not hearing anything within the expected timeline, I followed up with the recruiter to check on status and got no response. Was very disappointed to not even receive a "no" email - it's not that hard to send a quick note (especially when I followed up) and this left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to the company overall.
