If you have a warm body they will hire you. Doesn’t matter if you’re fit or not. They over hire and under deliver. Too many techs means not enough work to keep everyone busy which means 1-3 hours of work per day. You will never make 40 hours worth of pay and zero overtime. Training is minimal. You’ll be asked if you have art background. You’ll be asked if you’re colorblind. You’ll be asked the dumbest questions in the world about who your worst boss was and who your best boss was. Basically so they can size themselves up and see what they can get away with in regard to how they treat you or what kinds of things you notice in a boss
