The invite was via email setting time and date. The interview took place in the headquarters with the line manager and HR manager involved. It was a casual and friendly chat about the role, the company and future of the successful candidate. Both interviewers did make sure they asked me the right questions to figure out if I was fitting to the team and if I was aware of what the position entailed.
