This was a very quick process. I knew right away the offer was too good to be true. I actually walked into that interview not even knowing the position title; no one had told me. They actually do not tell you the position title because you are actually interviewing to be some kind of a door-to-door saleswoman/man. My interview went very well. It was very conversational and comfortable. However, when they ask "how comfortable are you going door-to-door for sales?", I knew right then it was not for a marketing field position anymore. What a waste of time and gas. Being a fresh-out-of-college kid, I do not have time to waste my time. A business that claims they care about companies and clients should keep this in mind. Just be straight forward with the door-to-door sales BS...no more wasting our time, ok?

Colloquio
I was called by one of the hiring managers early in the morning to discuss the position and go over some of my experience. The manager invited me in for an interview the next day to meet with one of the other managers for about an hour to question me and go over my qualifications for the position. I thought I answered all of their questions successfully but I have not received an invite for the second interview portion with Surge Connections. I think I would have fit in with the company culture- it seemed like a fun and competitive environment that I would thrive in.
