The interview was quite vague and short. The company seemed very young and unprofessional. I didn’t want to proceed with the interview process. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone

Face to face interview for first round with general questions like why would you be good at the job. Second interview is an observation day where you go to site and have to learn a pitch then go out and speak with the public. They test to see how confident you are doing this. This is about 2 hours and you don’t get paid.

I was called into the office to fill out a form about my goals, why I wanted to work there, and what I’d bring to the team. During the chat with one of the HR team members, they were checking if I was outgoing and if I could handle fundraising for charities. The job details weren’t clear on their site or in the job description; they only explained it once I was there.
Then came the 'observation day.' I had to show up at the office by 8:00 am, and then they took me to a shopping center about an hour away. There, I got a script to learn within an hour and was asked to approach people to see if I could handle it. I left the shopping center around 11:00 am, and this day wasn’t paid. If they liked how I did, they’d call me to come back to the office later that day around 2:00 pm to sign some papers and get my badge.
Training was set to start at 7:30 am, which is 'optional' you dont get paid until 9:00 am.
