It was a lengthy interview process that kept being dragged along. The first few interviews seemed positive. One of the last interviews included a case study which you had to read and prepare what you would do and was a timed interview. After that, though being assured I'd get an offer letter (verbally, but not in writing), they changed their tune, took my work and then said they weren't going to hire at the moment. What made it difficult was that I had to do more than 3 rounds of interviews, otherwise the process was fairly average.
