Unprofessional interview process, applied for an entry position as a software developer.
When I had an interview they kept asking about my number of years of experience in C++, despite that this is highlighted in my resume as one year of experience. When I highlighted that I had one year of experience working on it they insisted it was unsufficient despite me providing references from my previous employeer proving my expertise.
The interview decided to abort the interview simply because they insisted on "more years of experience is necessary".
If I would had failed a technical interview I would've been found it acceptable, but that they decided to waste my time instead of reading my resume I found unprofessional. To this day I use this company as an example for a dysfunctional interview process.

After an HR call and a conversation with the technical managers, I completed a five-hour on-site exam in which I was required to implement a 3D particle simulation, including physical laws such as gravity and plastic and elastic collisions. Following the exam, there was a code review, during which the interviewers asked questions about the implementation and potential optimizations. I then had a personal interview with the Head of the Israeli R&D team, followed by an HR interview.
