HR reached out to me said she wants to talk to me, I had a very good interview with her, explained my project and resume very well.
I asked the typical text book questions, ended on a good note about the next rounds,got no response for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden she said the hiring manager said that my resume is not fit for the profile, please be in touch.
I have 10+ years of experience and I work at a fortune 100 firm, never in my life I have seen such a pathetic recruitment where you waste people's time for entertainment.
really bad and shady interviewer, doesnot even know what they want, please don't waste my time again.

Tough questions asked overall good attempt and nice environment.
There was a technical screen using a surveymonkey survey for the questions followed by a phone call with the hiring manager and an onsite interview that consisted of 5 different interview.
