The interview process consisted of two phases. The first was a brief 5-minute call with HR, which felt quite rushed. The second phase included a 15-minute Excel test, followed by a one-hour interview with the hiring manager and an analyst.
Despite bringing relevant and valuable experience from one of the largest global banks, I was informed just two days later that they had decided to move forward with another candidate whose experience they felt was more relevant. Unfortunately, they did not provide any specific feedback on their decision, was expecting at least a quick feedback from a company supposed to be "big".
