For development co-op positions, SIG is usually looking for candidates with an interest in technology. They want hard workers, who can take on challenges on their own. I had two interviews, one over the phone, and then one in person. The phone interview asked some more basic questions about my interests/goals, and then moved on to some problem solving, involving probability and logic. For the personal interview, I had 3 separate two-man groups interview me at a time, from different teams. Asking various questions on how I would solve particular problems, personal interests, and past course work.
