Colloquio
Got the first round interview through on campus recruiting. The interview itself began with some fit questions, standard why trading, etc. The next part of the interview was more to test your ability to solve mathy problems. There were three questions, two dealt with calculating EVs and the other one was Bayesian probability. It was question I saw on here previously dealing with whether or not someone will have a party, depending on if it's raining or not. One of the other questions was a coin based game and you just calculate whether or not you want to play it. The last one tripped me up but I don't remember it completely, sorry.

I don't remember the hardest one, so here is one of the other questions from the perspective of the interviewer. Here is a coin game as follows. We each have three fair coins, and we flip all of them at once. After we flip them, we look at the outcomes. If we have the same number of heads out of our own coins I pay you $1 and if we have a different number you pay me $2. Do you want to play this game?

Online assessment that was not that hard and then a phone interview it was not too bad just the usual expected value and probability and that sort of thing. Dice questions and coin questions.

30 minute phone call mostly behavioral but one math question that was brief and simple, had to be explained back to the interviewer. mostly fit and culture questions though. fdsf
