Very pleasant - go for one of their open days if you can, it's very interesting. Got invited for a first phone interview with a HR manager shortly after applying.
The interview was fairly standard, the first half hour going through your CV, your motivations etc. and technical questions/brain teasers in the second half hour.

Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions

Phone Call with Australia office HR (General motivational question) for screening purposes. Once you get through this round, interview with US HR(Motivational + Technical). The questions that I got for the technical interview can all be found on glassdoor.
